I am not a really big fan of HDR, so this comment is going to be purely subjective, I think it makes this beautiful photo look too much like a drawing. I don't know what the light conditions of this photo were, but it doesn't look like it really needs HDR, but that's just me.
Second, I agree with the usage of Vignette, but I think it's way too strong on this photo. The transition from dark to light is especially visible in the sky, the dark rim covered a part of the tree, and it's not really working with the HRD effect either. You should soften the Vignette until it's barely noticeable.
Regardless I really love this photo and I think you really made a nice shot.
